Martin was an outstanding batsman', 'and useful off-spin bowler. He was Captain or Vice-Captain at League - Provincial, Regional and at National Level.', 'Among his many accomplishments were ICC Trophy (Associates Trophy)', 'appearances for Canada in 1986 (England), 1990 (Holland) and in 1994', '(Holland ). He also appeared for Canada against the USA(1983), Jamaica', '(1984), Bermuda (1985), Barbados (1987), Denmark (1988), Holland and Denmark (1989).', 'Among his many outstanding innings, perhaps his best remembered will be his', 'magnificent innings of 104 runs against Jamaica in 1984.
